I love podcasts. They’re poignant, topical, and entertaining. I also find them to be a great tool for learning,  especially when you have some downtime. Below is a list of some of my favorites that can be found on iTunes. I usually listen to these as I drive to job sites or as I'm drafting. I always keep a notepad next to me so that I can jot down the items I need to remember. Another trick is to use the voice-memo recorder on your iPhone. Enjoy and let me know if there are other's that are worth mentioning...
AIA - Architectural Knowledge Review: Well written and researched for those in the Architectural world. Could be updated more often.
AIA - Architectural Knowledge Review - Contract Documents
CCIM:  Great for those who are into leasing, acquisitions, and management of properties. Produced by a great organization. One of my favorites.
Digital Architect: Not one of my favorites but very helpful for some. Large concentration on using software such as Photoshop, Google Earth, and other tools.
Stanford Entrepreneurial Thought Leaders:   Doesn’t directly relate to the built environment but an extremely well produced podcast dealing with Entrepreneurship. They also attract some amazing speakers and keep it very current.
KCRW - Design & Architecture: Podcast produced in and related to Los Angeles design and architecture.
LexisNexus Real Estate Law Center
REALTORS Commercial Alliance Technology & Intelligence Briefings:  More transactional based.
This American Life:  Again not related to the built environment but it's just such great storytelling
