I decided begin this blog for a number of reasons.
- I'm currently studying for my Architectural Registration Exams and as a way of learning, I thought that I would write.
- To help to make the "unglamorous" side of architecture more interesting.
- To help real estate asset managers understand what they actually own, how it's put together, and how it can affect their cash flow & risk.
- Help to make architects and designers more proficient with the construction process after the drawings have been completed.
